Internal thread cartridge heater
Internal thread cartridge heater overview
Thread-mounted cartridge heater structure: Weld a male (English) hollow bolt with a hexagonal head (for fastening) with different sizes (determined by the customer) at the connection part of the cartridge heater. It can be divided into two types: hex head up and down. Uses: Widely used for heating various liquid materials, can bear pressure ≥0.8Mpa. Recommended specifications: 8︿20 × 60︿1000
Electric strength of threaded cartridge heater:
The factors affecting the electric strength of the cartridge heater mainly include the thickness of the insulating layer, the quality of the raw material of the insulating layer, the length of the electric heating pipe, the radius of the bend and the number of bends.
Externally threaded cartridge heater use:
1. When heating the air, the components should be arranged uniformly across, so that the components have good heat dissipation conditions, so that the flowing air can be fully heated.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive and explosive media and moisture.
3. The lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time. Avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screw.
4. Magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the cartridge heater, to avoid the infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the place of use, to prevent the occurrence of leakage accidents.
Ordering instructions for threaded cartridge heater:
1. Voltage, power, phase number of heater, length of lead wire;
2. The length, width, outer diameter of the heating tube, the flange outer diameter, thickness, number of holes, etc.
3. Material requirements of cartridge heater, flange material, whether protection is needed, etc.
